Dear St. Christopher Families,
As Christmas day approaches I am reminded of all the wonderful gifts God has bestowed upon us. His love for us was born that night as the world welcomed Baby Jesus. This Christmas my hope is that each of us realizes how much we have been given and how much we are truly loved by God. I know that I am blessed being part of St. Christopher’s. I thank you for all that you do for our children. I thank you for entrusting your children to us. Your good wishes and support are sincerely appreciated.
May this season be a time to spend with families and friends. May you find the time to celebrate together and relax and enjoy one another’s company.
I wish everyone a very blessed Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. You will be remembered in my prayers as I celebrate this holy season.

This is Mrs. Lederer's second year as Principal at St.
Christopher School, having been the Assistant Principal for the two previous years.. Prior to coming to St. Christopher's Mrs. Lederer taught 2nd Grade at St.
Jerome School in the Bronx and All Saints Regional in Glen Cove. She also
has experince as a Nusery School teacher, having taught in the Toddler
Program and Mommy and Me Program at Firehouse Nusery School. She was also
involved in running the summer camp program there as well.
Mrs. Lederer was the AIS teacher at Sts.Philip and James School where she did her administration internship. Mrs.Lederer has a BA in English and Elementary Education and a MA in Reading
from Manhattan College. She also has a MS in Education Administration and
Supervision from Fordham University. Mrs. Lederer has also taught in the
Religious Education Programs at St. Raphael and St. Hyacinth Parishes.
